In my car. I have as of right now all Alpine. I plan to keep it that way. I have a pair of type-S 4x6s in the front and a pair of 6x9s in the back, these are just speakers of course. I just revently bought a CDE-9845 Alpine head unit. Now I am in line to get a couple subwoofers. I am gonna get the type-S dual voice coil 2-ohm 12 inch subs which are in a box already, and a V-power 600 watt amp when at 2-ohms. Now I am wondering if I should buy another amp, mainly a 400-watt one in the future or am I safe with the 600 watt. The RMS per sub is 300 watts, and it has a 1800 watt peak. So that is what is going on and I need some feedback.
