I Would like for u guys to let me know thi is a good set up & recommend some Mids to go with this setup. I'm new to this everything i purchase is from reading threads on this site and following the recommendations u guys give to others, so here it goes:

Head Unit Pioneer DEH-P6800MP
1 Orion 600D Amps (Subwoofer)
1 Orion 8004 Amps (Mids/Highs)
1 Soundstorm MPQ-5xo (X-Over/Eq)
1 Soundstorm BX-12 (Digital Bass Processor)
2 Infinity Reference 1042 10" Dual 4ohm Subwoofers (Crutchfield had it for $90 ship free & buy one get one)

I plan on Spending up to $300US on mids & tweets, My car is a 1996 Honda Civic DX 2 Door Hatchback, I bought it with no radio r speakers, i dont even see a harness for a radio in there. I plan on having two mids up front in both front doors, two around the back and the subs install in a Q-logic box

what i'm really looking for is Bass.

Q logic makes good enclosures. You said you want bass? Want it cheap? http://www.sonicelectronics.com. You can get a dual 10" bandpass box for about $35. This will give you crazy bass slam.
