Is that 1000w rms or 1000w peak? (It'll say in the instructions or on the box)

If it is 1000 watts rms you will need a pretty powerful amplifier. It also depends on how many ohms your subwoofers are at. 2 ohms tends to get more output so therefore you may need a class d amplifier with a capacitor to provide enough punch. Somtimes when you are pushing this many watts you may need adding batteries for your car because supplying enough power is key. Let me know.

they are 500watts rms. max power 1000watts
