Apparently the two are not actually as closely related as one might think!

I just read that if you double wattage, you only get a tenth of an increase in noise. I think that is what it said. All because the decibel thing is logarithmic or something.

This means that it is far better to have two 200 watt subs than one 400 watt sub. Am I correct?
